The Fair

One of our favorite things to do in the fall is to go to the Utah State Fair. We go almost every year. The first thing we do every year is look at the animals. The boys were lucky enough to see a sheep that was out of the stall. They were told by the owner that they could pet it. The boys loved petting it.
Aaron loved looking at the cows so much that he wouldn't even turn around to look at the camera.
The boys love the chance to ride the horses. We usually try to remember the names of the horses, but since this post is sooo late we don't remember them anymore. But needless to say the boys really enjoy this tradition.

This was the first year that Aaron rode alone. I got to just stand on the sidelines instead of walking with the horses. He was so proud of being able to ride by himself.
Another one of our favorite activites is the Helping Hands on the Farm. Usualy it's just Joseph but this year Aaron really started getting into it. Here the boys are feeding grain to the cow.
Here is Aaron pretending to milk a cow.

Joseph picking apples off a tree.
Then we always have to play a game. The only game that both of them can really play right now is the rubber ducky game. But they both love it still.
This year we added something new. We bought ride tickets so they could go on a few rides. They got to drive cars, ride trains and fly helicopters. They also rode the carosel.
And they rode the duckey ride.Going to the fair is a fun tradition for our family. We really enjoy it every year.
