This post could almost be called September - the birthdays. Both Joseph's and my birthdays fall in September. This year Joseph turned 5. And of course we had to do the pancake number thing. Every year it keeps getting harder to do those numbers, but it is so much fun and we have fun eating the mistakes. His birthday falls on Labor day weekend a lot so we tend to have his party later in the month.
I don't remember why we went to Lowes but the boys love going there. Any guesses why they might like it there?
Stephen and the boys suprised me with a Princess birthday party. It was so cute. Stephen got the pricess tablecloth, cups, plates, candles and ballon. The boys just loved it. Aaron kept saying "Mommy a princess" even in the middle of the prayer. Joseph loved it so much too. I have three very sweet and handsome knights.

The balloon that Stephen got was a singing balloon. It was a favorite around the house until it died.

How fun I didn't know they threw you a princess party. You are a princess Jen. Have you made number pancakes every year? My kids would love it If I did that.
Miriam, I have made the pancakes for my kids every year. My parents did it for us growing up and I wanted to keep that tradition going. It was always so fun.
